About the Author, Donna L. Baker

Donna Baker (St. Andrews, MB, Canada) is a senior consultant for Information Development and Training with expertise in online and Web training, Web design, and interactive knowledge products such as online help and interactive databases. She also is currently working as a freelance trainer for Hallcrest College of Business and Technology. Donna also writes at least 10 magazine articles per year on graphics and Web applications and an article each month can be found on the online magazine WindoWatch.
