About the Author, David W. Lin

David W. Lin graduated Tufts University School of Medicine and is working toward a masters degree in biomedical engineering also at Tufts. He holds two bachelors of science degrees – one in electrical engineering and the other in biomedical engineering. His goal is to enter the field of minimally-invasive surgery.

Ekwutosi Okoroh graduated as an MD/MPH from Tufts University School of Medicine whose main public health interest is malaria. He spent the summer of 2003 at a malaria clinic in Ibadan, Nigeria investigating the incidence of malaria in children presenting with fever.

Trevin Lau graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine, and her career goals include becoming an OB/GYN and then practicing in a federally designated underserved area as part of his commitment to the National Health Service Corps.

Xuan Luu graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine and she holds a bachelor of science from Tufts in biochemistry and hopes to enter the field of surgical oncology
