Synopsis
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the First International Workshop on Quality of Future Internet Services, QofIS 2000, organized by COST Action 263 in Berlin, Germany in September 2000.
The 28 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from more than 70 submissions.
