English, M. S. Philosophy, is an instructor in Humanities at Monterey Peninsula College and a freelance journalist specializing in the effects of landscape on literary greats. She lives with sheep, goats, and a Sheltie on a hillside acre in Carmel Valley, California. In addition to ROBERT LOUIS STEVENSON'S ETHICS FOR RASCALS, she has authored HENRY MILLER: DOING IT WITH THE COSMOS and A QUIXOTIC COMPANIONSHIP: FANNY AND ROBERT LOUIS STEVENSON.
