Each of these sturdy pages has a wheel embedded on it that turns fairly easily. There are two round holes or windows on each page and when the correct number is placed in the opening, a "surprise" appears in the other. The boat with its triangular sails gets to fly a flag; the fairy gets a star on the tip of her wand, and so on through ten shapes. It is learning fun and should hold up to lots of use.
