The rides are organized by four areas: Frederick and Montgomery County in Maryland, and The Plains and Warrenton/Nokesville in Virginia. Included in the rides are four local multi-use trails, such as the Washington & Old Dominion trail.
The authors are donating all profits from sales of this book to the Davis Phinney Foundation to benefit Parkinson's disease research.
