Carolyn Dean, M.D. (City Island, NY), is a medical doctor and a naturopathic doctor. She attended Dalhousie Medical School in Nova Scotia, Canada and Ontario Naturopathic College and sits on the board of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.
