About the Author, Roy Howarth

Roy Howarth was Headteacher at Northern House Special School, Oxford, UK for over twenty years. He now lectures on managing challenging behaviour in the mainstream classroom at Oxford Brookes University. He also delivers training in child development, including safeguarding the child, and runs INSETs for teachers.
