Overview
This text describes how the government has been concealing the evidence of routine penetration of British airspace by rationally controlled machines from outside Earth, over which the military infrastructure has little or no control. It suggests that there is evidence that there has been an official shift in policy, and that there is a desire to disseminate to the public top secret UFO data collected over the past 50 years.
