Synopsis

About the Author, Catherine Jones

Catherine Jones, a graduate of La Varenne Culinary School in France, worked for the late world-renowned chef Jean-Louis Palladin. Her first book. A Year of Russian Feasts, received many accolades, and she is the co-author of Marlowe & Company's Eating for Pregnancy. Jones and her family live in Vienna, Austria, where her husband is in the Foreign Service.
