Synopsis
With Nate and their four children, Miriam revels in the seasons and interactions on their Amish farm. However, some of her friendships are strained. Friend Gloria is miffed because Miriam won't try her miracle diet powder. A trail of trouble follows a schoolteacher lodging in Miriam's home, disrupting the household. Meanwhile, Miriam tries bookish tips to improve her relationship with her husband -- with mixed results.
