About the Author, Michael Reed Gach

MICHAEL REED GACH, Ph.D., is the founder and director of the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, California. The Acupressure Institute, established in 1976, offers classes as well as a state approved Acupressure Training Program. Michael has taught acupressure and yoga for more than thirty years. He developed Acu-Yoga, a practical method for relieving tension and achieving greater health and happiness. Michael conducts classes and seminars both in the U.S. and abroad. He is currently teaching acupressure and stress reduction workshops throughout the San Francisco Bay Aria in schools, hospitals, colleges, corporations, and governmental agencies.

CAROLYN MARCO MATZKIN has been involved in the holistic health field for over 30 years. She is currently a psychotherapist living in New Jersey.
