Bert Monroy was born and raised in New York City where he spent 20 years inthe advertising industry. He embraced the computer as an artistic medium andis considered one of the pioneers of digital art. His photorealistic style isused by a variety of clients including, Industrial Light and Magic and PacificData Images. Bert's work has been seen in MacWorld, MacUser,BYTE, Verbum, MacWeek, to mention a few. His work hasalso been featured in scores of books which include Making Art on aMacintosh, The Photoshop WOW Book, The Art of DigitalPainting and The Grey Book. Bert has recently moved his studio fromNew York City to the San Francisco Bay Area. There, he and David Biedny haveset up a full service multimedia production studio.

David Biedny is a leading digital effects and multimedia designer. Hiswriting, multimedia and special effects work have enjoyed global exposure.Working at Industrial Light and Magic, he produced digital effects for moviesincluding Terminator 2, The Rocketeer, Memoirs of andInvisible Man and Hook. Biedny was formerly president of IncredibleInteractivity, which created multimedia projects and products for companiessuch as General Motors, Knoll International, American Express, the AmericanInternational Group and AT&T.
