Synopsis

In 1933, Beatty hangs out at the airport where her pilot father flies mail runs. Beatty thinks the airport is the most exciting place, as does Moss, who hopes his skill as a mechanic is good enough to support himself. None of them expects the night when the field lights fail, a storm rises, and Beatty's father pilots the plane that's circling and is almost out of fuel.
