America's War on Terror

Produced by a team of political scientists from academic institutions of New Zealand and the United States, this work is "designed to serve several goals and audiences." It contains 10 papers that define terrorism and explore recent U.S. policy responses to it. The papers are largely accepting and supportive of stated reasons for policy in the "War on Terror," with some moderate exceptions. Specific topics include the role of Vice President Dick Cheney, George W. Bush's "completion" of his father's legacy, the politics of Israel and Palestine, and "just" use of force arguments.
