Synopsis
Abstract: The natural laws of yin and yang, opposite but complementary forces, to obtain balance and harmony in life are discussed. Guidelines for which one can develop his own understanding of how to eat to optimize his health and psychological well-being are provided. To begin these improvements, chapters with menu plans and recipes are outlined. The appendix at the end gives information to help continue to study and practice macrobiotics by listing further books to read, how to find out about classes and other help, and mail order shops selling typical foods for macrobiotic eating.Book Details
