Applied Basic Science for Basic Surgical Training

A textbook of applied basic science for the MRCS. The book covers relevant sciences: anatomy, physiology and pathology in the format of the MRCS syllabus. It is divided into core modules and system modules and revises the sciences accordingly. It concentrates on the application of these sciences and includes text on the clinical features of the surgery in relation each science.
