Kutty was formerly Team Leader, African Regional Aquaculture Centre (ARAC) & Senior Fisheries Training Expert (Bangladesh), Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations; and Senior Aquaculturist (Research & Training), Network of Aquaculture Research Centres in Asia Pacific (NACA).
