About the Author, Carol Frischmann

Carol Frischmann holds a B.S. in Science Education from Duke University and has worked in wildlife rehabilitation facilities for many years, also serving as President of Mt. Diablo Audubon Society. Carol travels the world for observation of various birds. Carol writes on pets and nature for magazines and newspapers and is the pet columnist for KGW.com, an NBC affiliate television station and for her own website ThisWildLife.com.
