Each of the photographs has a long caption which uses the photograph as a counterpoint to explain ideas and give advice, and at the end of the book there is a list of mail-order suppliers of paint, fitments and fittings.

Lee's book provides a perfect complement to the Better Homes book, offering a multitude of color photographs that depict various design styles for baths from traditional to contemporary and designs to meet special needs and concluding with a directory of U.S. product sources. Both books are well recommended for public libraries.
