About the Author, Minako Shimonagase

Minako Shimonagase learned about bead flowers when she visited New York and started to study them in 1989. She established a bead flower salon called Candy Garden in 2003 and teaches at various cultural schools in Japan. She is a certified instructor of the Japan Craft Association.
