About the Author, Sheila J. Fritz M.Ed.

Sheila J. Fritz, M.Ed. attended the University of New Hampshire where she earned an associates degree in journalism and a bachelor's degree in communications. After spending six years in the United States Army, Ms. Fritz received a master's degree in adult education from the University of Alaska at Anchorage. The author has worked as a case manager, peer counselor, and youth worker. With her work, Ms. Fritz hopes to reach as many students as possible.
