Jeff Csatari has been reporting and writing on health and fitness for more than 15 years. Currently a contributing editor for Men's Health, Csatari was one of seven Men's Health editors who took the original Belly Off! challenge in 2000. More recently, he lost 14 pounds in three weeks while testing and developing the new Belly Off Diet and fitness program.
