Detailed entries on more than 1,200 programs are arranged chronologically to present a unique, and easy-to-use, reference guide to our TV heritage. This new edition updates and extends the early coverage with several new entries and there are over 80 new entries from the 1990s, bringing the coverage right up to date. Each entry is accompanied by a production still, many of them previously unpublished.

About the Author, Tise Vahimagi

Publishing Research Officer at the British Film Institute, Tise Vahimagi is co-author of The American Vein: Directors and Directions in Television and co-editor of MTM: Quality Television.
