Library Journal
While generally a funny book, But Enough About You is all too appropriately titled. Heimel's witty observations on the urban singles scene, fashion, and ``fabulous fascists'' (people obsessed with what is ``fabulous'') are enjoyable reading, but the more personal pieces scattered throughout sour the book. The exceedingly intimateand apparently realdetails about the lives of her friends, son, and live-in man (who left her at some point during the writing of the book) become embarrassing. High points are a funny advice column about clothes (from Heimel's Village Voice column) and a clever bit on handling difficult situations: ``When in Doubt, Act Like Myrna Loy.'' Overall, not a necessary purchase. Susan Avallone, ``Library Journal''Book Details
