Children's Literature

Our TV personality Caillou has spawned a number of spin-off books and this book is part of the "Zig Zag I Play I Learn!" series. Kids learn to trace or follow lines to complete an illustration. In addition, they are asked to color the pictures and in some cases, to add stickers, therefore these books are more of a personal purchase. The takes become more complex as one works through the activities. The note on the inside front cover encourages parents to work with their kids. This interaction will help clarify what is needed for the child to successfully accomplish the task. You will need a set of crayons or colored pencils handy in order to make the most of the book. This book has a convenient carry handle and is great for stuffing in a travel pack or for those days when kids are confined to the house. 2003 (Orig. 1987),Chouette, Ages 3 to 6.
