About the Author, David N. Wiggins


Author Dr. David N. Wiggins, a retired educator and history buff, shares his love of postcards and the stories they tell; many of the cards herein are from his personal collection. Each card imparts the mystery, romance, and humor of an area and an era, and readers have the opportunity to join him as he uncovers the captivating history of Carroll and Haralson Counties.
