In this novel twist on The Night Before Christmas, Mama Mouse must search through the house to find holiday decorations and treats for her baby mice on Christmas morning. Follow Mama as she gathers her supplies from cake, presents, a tree, and more—all rendered in bright, vibrant pop-ups. Each of the five pop-ups features a special translucent element and sparkly foil, making these pages shine like wrapped presents under the tree. The cover features foil as well.

Stephen Lambert was born in 1964 and trained at Reigate College of Art, where he specialized in illustration. He now illustrates books fulltime, after having worked in a variety of jobs, and lives in Cornwall, England. Formerly an illustrator of natural history books, A. J. Wood has been a highly respected publisher and author of children’s books for twenty years. She has written some eighty titles spanning educational, picture, and novelty books.
