Laura Chappell, Network/Protocol Analyst at her self-owned company ImagiTech, Inc., is an established industry speaker, writer and consultant who focuses on protocol-level communications to provide troubleshooting, design and optimization information throughout the world. Laura has been providing Cisco SE/CSE training on IPX/SPX protocol implementation, troubleshooting and analysis since 1992, and has written numerous books and articles on a variety of networking subjects.

Dan Farkas is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert and a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor. Dan teaches a variety of router and switch configuration classes, including the CIT class. He performs both internal training for Cisco engineers, technicians, and programmers, as well as training for Cisco end users through several international training partners, including Ascolta and Azlan. Dan also works with Information Innovation to provide seminar presentations at Cisco University events. Dan has been a technical reviewer for both Cisco course development efforts and for previous Cisco Press publications. Dan is also a consultant to both small and large organizations for network design, implementation, and troubleshooting issues.
