About the Author, Steve Kaplan, Marc Mangus

Steve Kaplan is the CEO and cofounder of RYNO Technology. Steve has been a columnist for both Solutions Integrator and Reseller Management. He has had articles published in several other magazines, both within and outside the computer industry. He is the author of a thin-client comic book and an early PC DOS user's manual, and developed a DOS-based point-of-sales program. Steve is a frequent speaker on ASP solutions and has spoken at events such as Citrix Summit and Crossroads 2000. He holds a B.S. in business administration from UC Berkeley and a master's degree in management, with an emphasis on both marketing and finance, from Northwestern's J. L.
