Dr. Paul Soifer is chair of the History Department at Yeshiva University High School at Los Angeles, where he teaches both AP U.S. History and AP U.S. Government. He is coauthor of Cliffs Quick Review American Government (1977), Cliffs Quick Review U.S. History I & II (1998), and CliffsAP United States History (3rd Ed., 2001).
