Audience:The target audience is graduate students in nursing and those preparing for advanced clinical practice roles as mid-level providers. The authors have taught master's level classes in nursing research and are experts in the field.
Features:This book consists of seven parts. Part 1 introduces the reader to research in the advanced practice role. Parts 2-4 deal with the design and analysis of experimental studies, quasi-experimental studies and observation studies. Measurement and data collection is the focus of part 5 and part 6 deals with populations and sampling. Part 7 covers the remaining concepts of the research process.
