Clothes & Your Appearance is designed to help students understand the role clothing plays in their lives, how to make the best decisions regarding the selection and care of clothing, and how to construct apparel. In addition, students learn about textiles and design, the textiles and apparel industryits history as well as the latest trends, and the many career opportunities in the textiles and apparel field. Information is provided on how to choose a career field, find and apply for a job, and develop the skills needed for success on the job.
