Synopsis
Stacey and Griffin, both affiliated with the Complexity and Management Center at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK, address the experience of organizational practitioners. The contributors, all managers in public sector organizations, provide narrative accounts of their work, reframing questions on issues, such as the role of governance and accountability, in terms of their daily experience. The editors' commentary introduces and contextualizes these experiences. Annotation © 2006 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR
