Gr 5-8 In describing the range of computer crime, Francis presents an overview of related jargon and describes the types of computer crimes. She summarizes the ramifications of software piracy, probably the most common form of computer fraud. The book is similar in content to Computer Crime (Watts, 1986) by Robert L. Perry. Francis' discussion of the legal system and how it has dealt with computer-related crime is more comprehensive than the material presented in Perry's book, but the rest of the book only supplements information already available there.
