Contract Law

This textbook provides an accessible and engaging account of the intricacies of contract law and the problems that can arise during the life of a contract. Mindy Chen-Wishart is Lecturer in the Law Faculty and a Fellow of Merton College, Oxford. Previously she was a Rhodes Research Fellow at St Hilda's College, Oxford, and a senior lecturer at Otago University, New Zealand.
