Criticas

K-Gr 2-This book features brightly colored illustrations of chameleons perched on muted leaves and branches and a lively, inviting text. It offers an appealing and informative introduction to these camouflaging lizards that change color. A great deal of data-regarding body shape, nose style, skin color, eating habits, the hatching of young-is packed into the short and simple narrative, ably complemented by realistic artwork. A three-page appendix lists each of the chameleons, along with their proper names. This offering should prove itself a popular title in all libraries, as well as on the nonfiction shelves of bookstores.
