About The Author:
Vali Stone is a graduate of York University. She resides with her husband Paul Stone, police constable with Toronto Police Service, and their two children, Michele and Trevor. Vali has worked extensively with police spouses in her area and beyond to help them to better understand the dynamics of the police family. Paul is a keen supporter of his wife's endeavors in this area, and is often involved with her at seminars and media appearances. Cops Don't Cry is based on surveys and interviews conducted by Vali-and on her own 20 years of experience of a police spouse.
