Synopsis

This book tells the story of the first lady of the Civil Rights Movement. Coretta Scott King worked around the globe as a civil rights activist and humanitarian for five decades. After her husband's assassination, she founded the King Center and campaigned to establish Dr. King's birthday as a national holiday. She died in 2006.
