About the Author, Michael J. Palmiotto

Michael J. Palmiotto is a Professor of Criminal Justice within the School of Community Affairs at Wichita State University. He has worked as a police officer in New York State and has held the position of Director of Criminal Justice and Training and Director of the Criminal Justice Graduate Studies. Professor Palmiotto has numerous articles, and several books published on policing and criminal investigation.
