About the Author, Sue Thompson

SUE THOMPSON is a director of Avenue Consulting Ltd and has extensive experience in the caring professions as a nurse, care manager, social worker and learning facilitator.She is an accredited social work practice teacher.

NEIL THOMPSON is an independent consultant, trainer and author of many books. He was formerly Professor of Applied Social Studies at Staffordshire University, UK,and has also served as a Visiting Professor at the University of Liverpool and North East Wales Institute (University of Wales).
