Patsy Healey is Professor Emeritus at the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape at the University of Newcastle, UK.

Robert Upton was formerly Secretary General of the Royal Town Planning Institute and is now Deputy Chair of the Infrastructure Planning Commission in England.
