From the Author:

Writing poetry became a passion for me, while experiencing some of my life's most extreme hardships, as well as witnessing the same through others. This book represents, in part, over a decade of poetry writing. As I reflected inwardly or on my current circumstances, I would often times become inspired; thus, the result is this book. i most importantly want to convey in my writing that life's most unfortunate circumstances cannot stand against the eternal forces of love, faith, courage, hope and healing. After I became disabled, I realized that I had to hone what I felt were my God given talents, such as my passion for writing, playing guitar and drawing. And of course, since God blessed me with a lovely wife and family, I have learned to wear many different hats, as they apply to my family's needs. We currently reside in Southern California.
