Overview

When Kandi and Autumn decide to pledge the "Varsity Club, " a small group of students with aspirations of scholastic excellence, they get a first-hand lesson in racism. The true test comes when Kandi must decide if the Club is more important than her friendship with Autumn.

While Kandi and Autumn struggle with issues of racism, Justin is also experiencing the pain of being set apart. Threats of terrorism on the Summit High prayer group are sent to Justin in an anonymous e-mail. Will Justin's fight to keep his prayer group together end in violence?

Kandi finds racism at Summit High when she tries to join an exclusive club, and Clipper tries to help a rebellious student find religion.
