About the Author, Peter J. Hager

PETER J. HAGER, PhD, is an associate professor who teaches in the Technical and Scientific Communication Program of the Department of English at James Madison University.

H.J. SCHEIBER, PhD, is a communications consultant at Hoffman-LaRoche, Inc. He is a former associate professor of rhetoric and communication at the Florida Institute of Technology, where he designed and directed the Master of Science Program in Technical and Professional Communication.
