Digger the Dinosaur and the Cake Mistake

The big dinosaur party is finally here, and Digger can't wait to help out! The only thing left to do is pick up the cake, so Digger and Dadasaur hop in the car and head into town. Before long the pair find themselves in a pickle—they can't find the cake shop! Luckily, Digger figures out just how to find the way, but not without a few bumps in the road.

Poet and picture book author Rebecca Kai Dotlich has written several children's books, including Grandpa Loves, illustrated by Kathryn Brown; Over in the Pink House: New Jump-Rope Rhymes, illustrated by Melanie Hall; and What is Science?, illustrated by Sachiko Yoshikawa. This is her first title in the I Can Read Book line. She lives in Indiana.
