About the Author, Paul Tabaka

My name is Paul Tabaka. I live a modest life in central Missouri where I own a restaurant. Years ago a customer of mine shared with me the story of her friend who had lost her son in a tragic accident. All this woman had to remember her son's voice was the voicemail on his cell phone, which she played over and over again. As I reflected on this woman's story, I looked at my two daughters and thought there must be a better way to prepare. While I realize there is no way to actually prepare for such a tragedy, there is a way to preserve the memories.

I put my ideas to paper and what developed was a book, written in conjunction with writer Jerry Payne. Digital Legacy is a guide filled with ideas and suggestions to help you create your own Digital Legacy to preserve the memories of yourself and your loved ones. This Digital Legacy was created to help people make a lasting memory for loved ones to ensure that, even in death, something of themselves remains for loved ones.
