Overview

Don't be afraid of your shadow, no groundhogs allowed, is about people who are afraid to be themselves. Many people are afraid of being rejected by their peers or society in general and try too hard to "fit in". Don't be afraid of your shadow is a book intended to send a message that it is ok to be yourself. Bullying is one of the reasons that people cannot be themselves and cause them to hide behind "their shadow" and who they really are. The book is about bullying, being bullied, and ways to overcome bullying.
