About the Author, Ellen Coleman

Ellen Coleman, RN, MA, MPH, is an exercise physiologist and registered dietitian in Riverside, California. She has competed in the Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii twice and in numerous marathons and 200-mile bicycle races.
