About the Author, James E. Anderson

James E. Anderson is Professor and Chairman of the Political Science Department at the University of Houston. His books include Public Policy-Making (1975), Texas Politics: An Introduction (1971), Political and Economic Policy Making (1970), and Politics and the Economy (1966). He has been an officer in the Southern and the Southwestern political science associations.
